Terms of Service

Financing and Payment

First step:

Before you decide to use our services, please find
the model, make, type, color(s), manual/automatic,
and which types of cars you would like to get.
Then get your best car prices for them. We will
do our best to beat your price by as much as 50%.

We guarantee we will never buy cars that have higher
prices than the published car prices in the
black-book car guide available only for car dealers.

Any car you want us to get for you will be based
on the "Black Book Car Guide for Car Dealers."
The book will be the benchmark for car prices.

Please be as specific as possible for the car you are
looking for. In many cases, a certain type of
car may have THREE to SEVEN different models.
Ex: a 1994 Mercedes 320E series may have
    4D Sedan E320
    2D Coupe E320
    2D Cabriolet E320
    4D Wagon E320

Non-east coast and international customers:

For our customers who live outside of the East coast of the United States, including our international customers, we can ship the cars to you.
Furthermore, our customers in the United States are also welcome to drive the car yourself, or provide your own transportation for your vehicles.

Second step:

Please determine which method you'd prefer to buy your car. You can either:

a. come along with us to car auction(s), and choose the car you   like, or
b. send a deposit to us, and we will get the car for you.

Go to the car auction.

Since these car auctions are mostly for dealers, only dealers can bid for the cars. Public are not allowed to bid for the cars. Therefore, you will have to set an appointment with us on which day and time you would like to attend the auction(s). The list of day and time for the car auctions will be made available to you. You will have to be present at the auction(s) to show us which car you would like to get, and we will bid for you. If the bid is successful, we will do the necessary paperwork, and eventually transfer the vehicle registration to you on the same day, if possible.

Send a deposit.

50% of published black-book value is required before we find the car for you. The money is non-refundable and your order is non-cancellable after we bought the car which you ordered. We will show you our proof of receipt, taxes, freight (if any), and any expenses related to the car. Upon receipt of your car, you will pay the remaining amount that you still owe us.

Third step:

Be aware of car categores in auctions.

There are three catagories of cars:
           Green light
           Yellow light
           Red light (sold as is)

Definitions of the different lights:
Green - Everything is fine.
             if car is new (ex: 1997/98/99),
             and mileage is low, then FULL
             manufacturers' warranty is
             included by the car manufacturer.
Yellow - Some part(s) of the car may need
             work, but they will be announced
Red - sold "as is"

Some cars may need some light work, and such, in
which case if you give us full permission, we can
do the required work to bring the cars to its
full extent and best condition.
If "authorization" is given to us, we will put
and serviced the customers' vehicle on
recommended body-shops, and will be fixed at
the cheapest price possible.
We seek ZERO profit on this service, we merely
charge you whatever the body-shop(s) charges us.

International Customers:
Since you are our international customers and most probably won't be able to attend the auction with us, please provide us with full specifications, except for colors. We cannot guarantee the color that you would like to have.

We would recommend you to choose cars in the
green light categories. These cars are clean,
low mileage, ready-to-sell again. These cars
are good, and they are meant for car-dealers
to go straight to the car dealers' lot for an extra
50% to 200% profit for the Car Dealers !!!

Our Guarantee

We do NOT guarantee we can get the color of your
choice. We only guarantee we can get the car
that you want.

We can get you any type of cars that you want:
    Ferrari/Lamborghini/GMC/Honda/Toyota
        /Subaru/BMW/(any car make, and model)
   Trucks/Vans/Motorcycles/SUVs/Sedans/
       Mini-Vans/Trailers/(everything)

Unlike other car dealers that like to rip-off people,
we will NEVER try to LIE to you. We will be
100% open to tell you what our costs are in
purchasing your vehicle, taxes which we have to pay,
some car fixing (if needed), and such.
We seek ZERO profit from the cars, taxes,
shipping, and mechanic work.
